The reporter learned from the expert review meeting of Vanke Shuangyue Bay Phase IV prefabricated construction held in Pinghai Town, Huidong County a few days ago that the prefabricated construction plan of Vanke Shuangyue Bay Phase IV passed the review.

In recent years, Huizhou City has implemented the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings" and the "13th Five-Year Plan Action Plan for Prefabricated Buildings", actively exploring the development of prefabricated buildings and promoting the development of green buildings. Last year, Huizhou City issued the "Implementation Opinions of Huizhou on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings" (hereinafter referred to as "Implementation Opinions"), and put forward short-term goals: at the end of this year, the city realized that prefabricated buildings accounted for more than 20% of the newly built building area, and government-invested projects accounted for more than 50%.

According to reports, Vanke Shuangyue Bay Phase IV project is located in the east section of the Huandao Road in Pinghai Town, Huidong County, about 30 kilometers away from Guanghui Expressway. Among them, D1 and D4 implement prefabricated buildings, and their proportion of the total building area and the total technical score meet the relevant evaluation standards and requirements of prefabricated buildings.

According to the "Implementation Opinions", the counties and districts gradually increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the newly built building area. By the end of this year and the end of 2025, Huidong County will not be less than 18% and 30% respectively. High quality and high efficiency are the core competitiveness of prefabricated buildings, and adapting measures to local conditions is the key to developing prefabricated buildings. At present, compared with the relatively mature prefabricated building systems in other cities at home and abroad, the prefabricated buildings in our city are still in their infancy.
