Honglu Steel Structure invested in the establishment of a steel structure engineering subsidiary

Honglu Steel Structure disclosed on the evening of April 13 that in accordance with the company's business development needs, the company invested in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary "Anhui Honglu Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

The company said that the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary this time is mainly used for the company's Guoyang base application and translation company related construction qualifications, to carry out general contract construction business with steel structure as the main body, and to further strengthen the company's steel structure prefabricated construction and management capabilities.

The company also disclosed that according to the investment agreement signed by the company and the Guoyang County People’s Government on the "Green Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Paint Project", Anhui Honglu Paint Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, has recently obtained the right to use state-owned construction land for the GY2021-203 and GY2021-204 plots sold by the Guoyang County Natural Resources Bureau and the Planning Bureau by way of listing. The transaction prices of the two plots were 4 million yuan and 2.51 million yuan respectively.

The company said that the land acquired this time is an important part of the investment agreement signed by the company and the Guoyang County People's Government on the "Green Prefabricated Building Industrial Park Paint Project". The land acquisition will be used for the development and production of new environmentally friendly steel structure paints and water-based paints, extending the company's steel structure manufacturing industry chain and enhancing the competitiveness of the company's products.
