The plant structure of the CCCC Construction Technology Industrial Park project in Linyi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone has been basically completed.

“The total investment of the project is about 2 billion yuan, which will be constructed in three phases. The first phase will invest about 800 million yuan to build 8 new production lines, a technology research and development center, a testing and testing center, and an industrial worker training center. It mainly produces prefabricated building components such as wall panels and laminated panels, as well as sponge urban prefabricated municipal components such as comprehensive pipe corridors and bridges, and high-strength concrete, with a production capacity of 350,000 m/year.“ According to Zhang Baofeng, assistant to the general manager of CCCC Construction Technology Industrial Park, the project can attract 1,000 jobs after it is put into production.

The CCCC Construction Technology Industrial Park is a key project of “Double Recruitment and Double Induction” in Shandong Province. The project focuses on new technologies, new industries, new business forms, and new models, and explores new and old momentum conversion models. "The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed and put into use by the end of 2021. It will take'green ecology' as the basic development concept, intelligent manufacturing as the development goal, adopt the most advanced automated production lines and information management systems at home and abroad, and strive to build a world-class intelligent building assembly factory." According to Zhang Baofeng, after the completion of the project, it will take the prefabricated building's entire industry chain service as the core to create a comprehensive service provider integrating information consulting, scientific research and testing, parts production, project general contracting, integrated decoration, green building materials research and development, and circular economy industry development.

At the same time, the project will build an industry-leading industrial worker training platform, and create the first "construction industry modern industrial worker training base" and "technological transformation talent training base" in Lunan, Shandong Province, with a systematic, large-scale, and integrated technology.

This year, the Linyi High-tech Zone will focus on existing industries such as magnetoelectricity, digital economy, biomedicine, and green building materials, and strive to expand its volume and build pillar industries, striving to form a group of industrial clusters with regional competitiveness and industry leadership. Green building materials projects such as China Communications Construction Technology Industrial Park and Tianyuan Green Building Industrial Park are the starting point for the development of industrial clusters in the high-tech zone.
