According to data from the National Construction Worker Management Information Service Platform of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, as of now, the renewal rate of the real-name system for construction workers in Shandong Province has reached 90.28%, ranking second in the country, reaching the full score standard of the real-name system for the State Council’s assessment of the renewal rate of the real-name system for wage payment work for migrant workers, which marks a new level of real-name system management in Shandong Province.

Since the beginning of this year, the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has continuously strengthened the management of construction workers, effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of construction workers and construction enterprises, guaranteed project quality and safe production, and continued to promote the implementation of full coverage of the province's migrant worker wage payment platform. One is the deployment of documents and clear requirements. On January 15, a notice was issued on further improving the management of the real-name system, clarifying that the data update rate of each city should reach more than 90%. The second is to hold a meeting to explain the policy. The meeting emphasized the importance of implementing the real-name system management for construction workers, and analyzed the problems in the implementation of the real-name system management by the competent departments at all levels from the platform use and policy interpretation, and notified the supervision of the real-name system in each city. The third is to issue notices and urge implementation. On March 24, the "Circular on the Implementation of the Real-Name Management System for Housing Construction and Municipal Engineering in the Province" was printed and issued, and a copy was sent to the people's governments of each city. The fourth is to strengthen supervision and ensure practical results. The project real-name system management work was incorporated into the special supervision and research content of the key work of the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the implementation of the real-name system on 128 projects was supervised in two rounds.
