Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development investigated Tianshui Prefabricated Building Industrial Park

On April 19th, Wang Guangzhao, chief engineer of Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, investigated Gansu Construction Investment Tianshui Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park.

Wang Guangzhao and his entourage went to PS and PC workshops to inspect the fabricated steel structure and fabricated concrete component production lines, talked with technicians, and asked about the component production process and later installation methods. They have a detailed understanding of the problems in the development of Tianshui Prefabricated Industrial Park and the development of prefabricated industries.

Wang Guangzhao fully affirmed Gansu Construction Investment's promotion of the conversion of new and old momentum in the construction industry. He emphasized that the regional characteristics of Gansu Province are conducive to the development of the prefabricated construction industry. Prefabricated floor slabs, prefabricated stairs, and lightweight wall panels are safe and efficient in construction, and have obvious advantages compared with traditional cast-in-place methods. At present, the market share of prefabricated buildings is relatively low. It is necessary to take effective measures to implement the steel structure plus three-plate system and promote the application of prefabricated buildings in traditional buildings. Promote structural reforms on the supply side of the construction industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and high-quality development.

It is reported that Gansu Construction Investment Tianshui Prefabricated Building Industrial Park started construction in January 2019, and it has always been centered on Gansu Construction Investment’s strategic layout for the development of prefabricated buildings, and all work is progressing smoothly. Since the trial operation in July 2020, a total of 700 tons of prefabricated component processing and production orders have been completed. At the same time, in order to increase the market recognition rate, Tianshui Green Company relied on self-built prefabricated construction projects, first tried first, and successfully built the first prefabricated concrete building in Gansu Province, which played a strong demonstration and leading role for the development of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province.
