On April 17, the project of "Audlon Scientific Research Office Building and Prefabricated Ultra-low Energy Building Expert Review Meeting of Da Nanpo Village Aesthetics Center" held by Guolong Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the review.

"Audlon Scientific Research Office Building Project" is the first prefabricated steel structure ultra-low energy building project in Henan Province, which was fully designed and constructed by Guolong Technology Co., Ltd. This project comprehensively applies prefabricated buildings, ultra-low energy consumption, BIM design, smart collaborative management, and smart wall chip technology. The chip technology is implanted in each wall, which can be grouped and coded to trace the source. This is a viable smart building, which has a leading role in the field of ultra-low energy buildings and smart buildings across the country.

The "Audlon Scientific Research Office Building Prefabricated Ultra-low Energy Building" project is located in the Zhouzhuang Township Industrial Cluster Area, Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City. It was jointly invested and established by China Construction Industry Integration Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Shenzhen Aodelong Technology Co., Ltd. It is a technology-based enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of prefabricated building intelligent equipment.

The architectural structure of the project is a steel frame, the outer protective structure adopts light steel keel composite thermal insulation wall panels, the outer window adopts vacuum glass, the detailed design adopts a structure to reduce thermal bridges, and uses high-efficiency fresh air heat recovery technology. It meets the index requirements of prefabricated ultra-low energy buildings and has demonstration and leading significance for the construction of prefabricated ultra-low energy buildings.

The architectural complex of the Aesthetic Center of Da Nanpo Village is renovated with the main body of the old theater retained in the 1980s. After the transformation is completed, it will become the Da Nanpo multifunctional hall. The exhibition space is expanded on the north side as the exhibition hall of contemporary culture and art in Da Nanpo Village in the future, as well as a complex of buildings with multiple functions such as education and training, artistic creation, and township building archives, serving the cultural activities of the village and surrounding areas.
