The total construction area is about 172,000 square meters, of which 134,000 square meters are above ground and 38,000 square meters are underground. The project started construction in September 2020 and reached pre-sale conditions on November 15.

In the second third-party inspection in 2020 that was praised by the owner unit, the Xinyang Mansion project stood out among many participating projects with a comprehensive score of 90.33 points and won the first place!
