Guangzhou organizes the implementation of the first batch of prefabricated construction projects in 2021

In order to implement the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings and Accelerating the Modernization of the Construction Industry", and to further promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Guangzhou, the Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau organized the implementation of the first batch of prefabricated building projects in the city in late March, focusing on the inspection of the implementation of prefabricated construction projects that have enjoyed relevant policy preferences in accordance with relevant regulations.

The inspection was led by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau and organized by the Municipal Energy-saving Wall Reform Office. It invited prefabricated construction experts in batches to inspect 26 projects under construction in 9 districts including Nansha, which Vigorously promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings. The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Quality Supervision Station of the districts where each project is located participated in the inspection.
