Prefabricated building is a new type of construction mode and a major change in engineering construction methods. The construction methods of systematic design, modular disassembly, factory manufacturing, standardized processing, and assembly installation are adopted to construct houses, so as to realize the transformation of the construction industry from traditional "extensive" wet operation to modern "factory" dry operation. Shao Hongtao, executive deputy general manager of Tai'an Lianqiang Yuanda Housing Industry Co., Ltd., said: "At present, the company has five prefabricated component production lines with a production capacity of 1.5 million building square meters. In order to meet the growing market demand, the second phase of the plant has been launched, with a new plant of 50,000 square meters, an increase of 12 production lines, and an annual production capacity of 6 million building square meters. "

A total of 24 prefabricated construction projects started in Tai'an

The reporter learned from the Tai'an Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau that at present there are 6 prefabricated industrial bases in the city, and 24 prefabricated projects have been started, with a construction area of 1,821,200 square meters. Tai'an City has also issued guidelines to further clarify the technical standards, development goals, and responsibilities of related departments for prefabricated buildings. Government investment projects, new public rental housing, shantytown renovation, urban village renovation, and underground pipe corridors are fully implemented in prefabricated construction.
