The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huaibei City, Anhui Province accurately implements policies to steadily develop prefabricated buildings

First, the municipal level issued "Measures to Further Promote the Development of Prefabricated Buildings", which refined the incentive measures for land, finance, and finance, set up special incentive funds, simplified the bidding process, mobilized all parties' area polarity, and jointly promoted the development of prefabricated buildings. 

The second is to encourage project units to give priority to the use of prefabricated construction technology. There are currently 3 projects (New North Garden, Leishan Community, and Xiangnan plot) totaling 273,000 square meters to be constructed in accordance with prefabricated construction methods. In 2020, prefabricated buildings will account for 19.70% of the newly built building area, fulfilling the provincial target of 15%.

The third is to carry out pilot demonstration projects and play a guiding and promoting role. The Xinbei Garden (Phase I) Shantytown Renovation Project and Leishan Community were awarded as the “Anhui Province Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project” in 2019 and 2020, and a total of 3.66 million yuan was awarded by the provincial finance.

The fourth is to introduce upstream and downstream enterprises to land, accelerate the development of prefabricated industrial clusters, and build prefabricated benchmarking enterprises such as China Coal Yuanda, MCC Huaihai Prefabricated Building Production Base, Kangmei Green Building Industrial Park, etc., with an annual output of 300,000 cubic meters of concrete precast parts. Kangmei Green Building Industrial Park has an annual output of 200,000 cubic meters of ALC boards and an annual output of 200,000 square meters of system energy-saving doors and windows.

Fifth, the professional skills competition of the prefabricated building "Huijiang" was successfully held. On October 14-15, 2020, Anhui Province's housing and urban-rural construction system prefabricated building "Huijiang" professional skills competition was successfully held in Huai. The Huaibei Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau attaches great importance to the holding of this competition and does its best to support and guarantee the work. The Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development highly appraised the results of this competition. The competition set off a climax of "post-training, technical competition, and quality improvement" throughout the province to promote the construction of a skilled talent team in the construction industry. It provide strong technical and high-skilled personnel support for the high-quality development of the construction industry in the province to a new level.
