On March 31, with the strong support of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Hunan Housing Industrialization Promotion Association held the 2021 annual work conference and the inaugural meeting of the prefabricated decoration branch. More than 200 people from important government leaders, well-known experts and scholars, award-winning representatives and technology entrepreneurs from Hunan Province attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Hunan Housing Industrialization Promotion Association specially commended enterprises and advanced individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the assembly industry in our province in 2020. After research by the Secretariat of the Promotion Association, the chairman's meeting deliberated and decided to award Sany Pcteam the honorary title of "the most influential unit in the development of prefabricated buildings in Hunan Province".

The basic form of SPCS3.0 technical system components is full prefabrication on both sides, a large cavity in the middle, no ribs on all sides, and strong connection of ladder ribs. The vertical connection form is a pair of cavities, the steel bars are tightly overlapped, and the overlap is fully cast in place. On the basis of the above-mentioned basic technical system, we have also carried out many innovations, including: the integration of end concealed columns, on-site formwork fixtures, component inner frame factory sealing, corner component prefabrication, bay window assembly, wall panel weight reduction; Through these technical improvements, the workload has been reduced, and the number of operators has been reduced. At present, the construction speed of 4 days is achieved, and the SPCS3.0 technology is truly better, faster and cheaper.
