The Implementing Opinions put forward that all newly established government-invested buildings within the administrative area of Taizhou shall adopt prefabricated buildings. Municipal transportation infrastructure projects should gradually promote the application of prefabricated components. It is necessary to promote the application of prefabricated decoration and promote the deep integration of prefabricated buildings and prefabricated decoration. Since the release of the "Implementation Opinions", the city's newly leased or allocated land for new projects are encouraged to implement full residential decoration. Insulation of the floor and ground is incorporated into the decoration phase and implemented simultaneously.

In terms of policy support, construction industrialized production enterprises can enjoy preferential tax deduction policies for R&D expenses in accordance with relevant national regulations for research and development expenses incurred for the development of new technologies, new products, and new processes. At the same time, it supports qualified enterprises to declare high-tech enterprises, and after being identified, they can enjoy corresponding tax preferential policies according to regulations; It was awarded 1 million yuan from the production enterprise of Taizhou New Building Industrialization Demonstration Base, 2 million yuan from the Zhejiang Province New Building Industrialization Demonstration Base, and 3 million yuan from the production enterprise of the National New Building Industrialization Demonstration Base.
