The first steel structure prefabricated community in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei is under construction in Beidaihe District

In the activities of "Three Creations, Four Constructions and Five Optimizations", Beidaihe District of Qinhuangdao City actively promoted the Anju Community Comprehensive Service Center project. Currently, the project is under intense progress.

The Anju Community Comprehensive Service Center project is one of the key projects in Beidaihe District in 2021. The project adopts safe and environmentally friendly prefabricated construction technology. It is the first steel structure prefabricated community comprehensive service center in Qinhuangdao City.

The steel structure has the characteristics of light weight, good cantilever, high strength, and large span. It also has many advantages such as excellent seismic performance, fast construction speed, energy saving, environmental protection, and flexible layout.

Tang Zhenzhou, director of the Community Construction and Property Supervision and Management Office of Xishan Street, Beidaihe District, said that the next step will be the construction of a floor slab of 1 to 4 floors. The overall project is expected to be completed by the end of June, and the overall investment is about the end of October.

It is understood that the project covers a total area of 2,911 square meters, with a construction area of 1,600 square meters, with a total of four floors. The functional rooms include a one-stop service hall, a psychological consultation room, a community art center multifunctional activity room, a cultural and sports activity room, a day care station for the elderly, a restaurant, etc.

Tang Zhenzhou said that after the completion of the project, Beidaihe District has the most complete functions and is the only comprehensive service center with elevators that is convenient for the elderly and provides day care for the elderly. This will make it convenient for residents of our Anju community and other surrounding communities to come here for activities, and it will also facilitate some elderly people whose children are not around, so that the elderly can enjoy a happy life in their old age.
