The first prefabricated PC factory in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province was built

On April 6, the first batch of prefabricated prefabricated columns, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated laminates, and prefabricated curb stones were successfully demolded and lifted. It marks that the first prefabricated PC factory in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province has been officially completed and put into production, and the prelude to the high-quality development of prefabricated green buildings in Liupanshui during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

The factory is located in Zhongjing Village, Shuangga Township, Zhongshan District, Liupanshui City, with convenient transportation and covers an area of more than 120 acres. It is composed of functional units such as production plant, finished component storage yard, shift building and equipment room. At the same time, it has set up a prefabricated exhibition area and a prefabricated building education and training base, making full use of the reconstruction and upgrading of the idle plant of Shuimin Group. At present, 4 advanced production lines of steel bars, external wall panels, fixed formwork and concrete have been installed. The designed annual production capacity of assembled PC components is 120,000 m, which can drive more than 1,000 jobs in the downstream industry chain. It mainly supplies prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated balcony panels, prefabricated parapets, prefabricated composite walls, prefabricated beams, prefabricated columns, prefabricated laminated panels and road slabs and other concrete prefabricated components for the construction market. The products cover the components required for prefabricated buildings, which can meet the demand for prefabricated buildings of 1 million square meters in the construction market. The product supply can cover the markets of Liupanshui, southwestern Guizhou and adjacent regions in Yunnan.

In February 2020, China State Construction Technology Group launched strategic cooperation with Water Mining Group and Liupanshui Urban Investment Company to jointly establish China State Construction Technology Liupanshui Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of Liupanshui's first prefabricated intelligent construction PC factory. Focus on business sectors such as scientific research and design, prefabricated green buildings, infrastructure and building materials logistics. Mainly carry out new building industrialization planning, scientific research, design, assembly-type component production, assembly-type EPC project general contracting, factory operation management, green building, smart building, low-carbon building and building energy-saving and distributed energy design, construction and operation, and build a prefabricated green construction "industry-university-research" demonstration base.

The prefabricated PC factory has no chimney, no waste water, waste gas, or waste residue. It is a zero-emission green and environmentally friendly factory for the physical manufacturing industry. Factory manufacturing prefabrication, on-site construction and assembly, the prefabricated components required by the building are of good quality, and the prefabricated green building is a major change in the construction method and an important measure to promote the supply-side structural reform and the development of new urbanization. It is conducive to saving resources and energy, reducing construction pollution, shortening the progress of the construction period, saving time and effort. After the factory was completed and put into production, customers came to visit and exchange every day.
