Midea Land's smart assembly industry contract scale of 1.35 billion yuan in 2020 has achieved remarkable results in the industrial layout

In 2020, Midea Land will focus on its own industrial foundation, and the layout of the value chain of the intelligent and construction industrialization industry will be effective. The annual contract scale will reach 1.35 billion yuan.

The Rizotech integrated platform for industry and research, which supports the above two major industries, is accelerating. In terms of the intelligent industry, Ruizhu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has three major sectors, namely community intelligence, home intelligence, and smart community management platform, to export overall solutions for smart life. In the whole year, 36,380 sets of smart homes were delivered, a year-on-year increase of 75%. A total of nearly 70,000 smart homes were delivered, and 345 smart communities were delivered.

In terms of construction industrialization, Ruizhu Residential Industry has successively completed the layout of prefabricated PC factories in Xuzhou, Handan and Foshan, serving 45 third-party companies.

At the performance meeting, the management of Midea Real Estate stated that it will make full use of the resources and management advantages of the manufacturing industry to upgrade to both ends of the added value of the industrial chain, and gradually form a mode of combining light and heavy assets.
