Fuhuang Group issued an announcement. Recently, the company and the De'an County People's Government signed the "(De'an) Prefabricated Steel Structure Building Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project Agreement". The two parties agreed to jointly invest in the construction of the Anhui Fuhuang (De'an) prefabricated steel structure intelligent manufacturing industrial park project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of steel structure. The company is responsible for the purchase of project equipment, and the amount of funding is not less than 150 million yuan and not more than 200 million yuan.

The company said that the signing of this project agreement will help further increase the company's steel structure processing and manufacturing capacity, help the company continue to enhance its business acceptance capabilities, and continue to explore the Central and South China markets.
