Promote the demonstration of ultra-low energy consumption buildings. Promote the energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings and residential buildings in conjunction with the renovation of old cities, and vigorously improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings.

Promote the integration of solar and thermal building technologies, promote the application of solar and air source heat pump hot water systems, and explore the demonstration of green hydrogen distributed energy projects.
