The upgrade is complete! New application scenarios are added to the real-name management system for smart construction sites in Hangzhou, Zhejiang

On April 1, the newly revised Hangzhou Smart Site Real-Name Management System was officially launched. The new system optimizes the types of personnel entering the construction site, identity information and attendance data. Newly increase data analysis and statistics functions, add new early warning auxiliary scenarios for personnel arrival conditions, strengthen national and provincial platform associations and push information in real time, and dynamically grasp the entry and exit information of personnel at the Hangzhou construction site. This is another new achievement of the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Commission's comprehensive promotion of digital reforms. It marks a new breakthrough in the application of on-site personnel attendance big data to achieve digital intelligence early warning supervision of engineering projects, and has become an important aspect of high-quality promotion of smart construction sites. Since the beginning of this year, based on recent years’ real-name management experience and the actual needs of construction sites, the Hangzhou Municipal Construction Committee has organized the development and upgrade of the "Hangzhou Smart Site Real-name System Management Application System", and issued a supporting "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Smart Site Real-Name System".

This system upgrade has been optimized and some new functions have been added. Collect the attendance information of more than ten positions, including management personnel of construction, construction, and supervision units. The new system implements full coverage of information collection for management personnel of major participating units. Include construction units, supervision units, construction units (general contracting), professional subcontracting, equipment subcontracting, material subcontracting, logistics services, special equipment, labor subcontracting, survey and design units, etc., into the category of information collection. The job types of construction units include project manager, engineering manager, etc.; the job types of supervision units include chief management engineer, supervision engineer, etc.; the job types of general contracting units include project manager, technical person in charge, etc. In addition to the above three types of units, other types of positions for participating units include production managers, labor administrators, etc. Further clarify the identity of the person present The same person present corresponds to an identity type. For each item, the person with the same ID card can only appear in one identity type in the system. If the type is changed, it must be modified and uploaded after exiting the site. 

It is reported that the early warning function is currently online. During the trial operation phase, as of March 26, the city has prompted 510 red warning projects. Real-name attendance data analysis and early warning will become one of the important basis for construction market inspections. Enterprises participating in the Hangzhou project must maintain the system platform information as soon as possible, improve the daily attendance system of the construction site, rely on the real-name system to conduct self-inspection and self-correction on the arrival of project personnel, and continuously improve the management level of construction site personnel.
