Sany Construction and Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the industrialization of new types of construction

On March 25th, Liu Jun, chairman of Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association, and his delegation visited Sany Construction's booth. Ma Rongquan, Vice President of Sany Group and General Manager of Sany Construction Engineering, introduced the latest results of SPCS3.0 to the visiting leaders, and won praise from the leaders of the association. In order to strengthen cooperation, Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association and Sany Construction Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the landing and development of prefabricated buildings in Shanghai.    

In addition, Sany Construction also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Huaze Construction Technology Co., Ltd. at the Sany booth to jointly promote the industrialization of new buildings.    

Mr. Ma Rongquan, Vice President of Sany Group and General Manager of Sany Construction Engineering, was invited to participate in the keynote speech of "Industrialization of Construction" at the Quality Conference. From "the top three in global construction machinery" to "industrializing construction", Sany has completed the layout of the entire industry chain, providing customers with full-scene and full-process services, empowering the building ecology, and redefining intelligent construction.    

Sany Zhugong Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, and has experienced three development stages: equipment manufacturing, structural technology research and development practice, platform and technology application of the whole industry chain. Through independent research and development, it has formed the prefabrication technology of SPCS concrete vertical structure based on intelligent manufacturing equipment, covering the entire process of design, production, and construction, including technical standards, design and industrial software, factory and field equipment, process methods, and information platform assembly technology systems and products. Under the guidance of well-known experts such as Academician Nie Jianguo, the system has gradually improved. In the process of a large number of projects, the predetermined goals of "BIM model-driven intelligent equipment for efficient and automated production of prefabricated components, and continuous construction of the main structure of the prefabricated building for 4 days" have been achieved, and the industry has received good feedback.   

In this exhibition, SANY's SPCS3.0 model house became the biggest focus of the audience. The SPCS structure "full prefabrication of wall columns, beams and slabs, full assembly above and below ground, high overall safety and precision, better, faster and cheaper" features have been recognized by visiting leaders and guests. Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly eliminates the need for shelf workers, plastering workers and other types of work, making installation more convenient. The twin delivery of the high-precision main structure lays the foundation for subsequent electromechanical, decoration and even smart homes.
