 "Building a house" realized the process of building industrialization, not just "building", but to a greater extent "manufacturing."

Located in the Qingpu Baoye Construction Technology Industrial Park in the Yangtze River Delta Pilot Zone, Zhang Xinfeng, the director of the Qingpu Base of Baoye Residential Industry, does not seem to be a project leader of construction projects, but more like a project leader of intelligent manufacturing. This is because the reporter discovered that his factory is full of assembly lines of industrial production, and the long-sleeved robotic arm is making various "molds" in detail.

In another large workshop of the factory, Wang Bin, a female professor from Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College, is instructing four students to "build houses" indoors. The prefabricated exterior wall that they lifted with  is a prefabricated building component manufactured on the production line according to standardized molds.

On August 8, the country’s first intelligent production-education fusion production training base was launched here. From the outside, you can't imagine that this is essentially a "construction site". This is because, through the intelligent construction process of "mouse + cement", the traditional sense of "house-building" realizes the industrialization process of construction, which is no longer just "building", but to a greater extent "manufacturing", just like the students of science and technology to build Lego blocks.

Just a few days ago, on July 28, 13 ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization", which put forward the development goal of becoming a world power in intelligent construction by 2035. The digital transformation of intelligent construction with digital twins, intelligent construction and construction robots as the core is imminent. The construction industry, which accounts for 7% of China’s GDP, has fully pressed the shortcut for transformation and upgrading. Nearly 20% of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Delta is in urgent need of composite application talents for intelligent construction.

Zhang Lan, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, also revealed that in the 46th World Skills Competition hosted by Shanghai in September next year, construction skills account for about one-fifth of the skills competition, which fully demonstrates the prominent position of the construction industry. In recent years, the industry and enterprises have gradually increased the training of managers and technicians in the fields of green construction and intelligent construction. Vocational education and vocational skills training constitute a complete system of vocational skills training. He believes that production-based training will help Chinese players achieve good results in World Skills.

In accordance with the national strategy of integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region, and also driven by policy and market, leading intelligent construction companies such as Baoye Group and more than 30 colleges and universities including Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College jointly initiated the establishment of the "Yangtze River Delta Green Intelligent Construction Industry-Education Collaborative Innovation Alliance". The alliance implements a dual-chairman rotation system. The first-round chairman units are Baoye Group and Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College. Among them, Baoye Group, which is the industrial end of the "integration of production and education", currently has 34 intelligent construction factories, and is also one of the intelligent construction companies with the highest degree of localization of intelligent construction technology in China and the most applications of machines on behalf of people; As an education end, the Urban Construction Vocational College is the largest higher vocational college in Shanghai and a training base for skilled talents in the construction industry across the country. Last year, the number of graduates in the top 100 construction companies accounted for about 10% of all fresh graduates.

The newly commissioned intelligent production-education integrated production training base is not only the "production base" of the enterprise, the "test base" of scientific research units, and the "learning factory" of universities. At present, the overall construction of the prefabricated building training base has been completed in the base, and China's intelligent construction laboratory and digital twin factory will be gradually built. The digital intelligent construction system cloud platform, the construction robot learning experiment center, and the intelligent construction human resource service center are about to be completed. According to the development situation of the industry, the base has initially drafted courses of different depths, and a group of enterprise engineers and technicians will participate in the theoretical and practical teaching tasks of intelligent construction related majors.

According to the plan, within 5 years, the base will set up a team of 500 outstanding industrial teachers and cultivate 5,000 professionals urgently needed by intelligent construction enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. Huang Zhiliang, vice chairman of the China Construction Education Association, believes that the new alliance will focus on the teaching and verification of "1+X" prefabricated certificates, establish a productive training base through school-enterprise cooperation, and at the same time strengthen the training of teachers and the development of teaching materials. The central test center in East China was built, which has a certain exemplary significance in the country. On the same day, the "1+X" prefabricated deepening design competition for schools of the Yangtze River Delta Alliance will also be launched simultaneously.
