Financial assistance to promote the application of prefabricated buildings show results in Hefei City, Anhui Province

In 2020, the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau and the Finance Bureau issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of Financial Awards and Supplementary Funds for Prefabricated Buildings in Hefei." For prefabricated affordable housing projects invested and constructed in counties and districts (including prefabricated rural housing demonstration sites), a subsidy of 100 yuan per square meter will be given as required. At the same time, the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings will be included in the financial support construction industry development policy to promote the development of prefabricated building industry.

In 2020, Hefei has exceeded the provincial government document No. 21 target for newly built prefabricated buildings to account for 15% of the area, and the prefabricated building experience has been recognized by the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
