Beijing General Supervision Station held a review meeting on the printed draft of the "Code for Acceptance of Prefabricated Seismic Support and Hanger Construction Quality"

On March 11, 2021, the Municipal Supervision Station organized a review meeting on the printed draft of the "Specifications for Construction Quality Acceptance of Prefabricated Seismic Supports and Hangers"(hereinafter referred to as the "Specifications"). Experts from the fields of construction, design, construction, and supervision attended the meeting.

According to the requirements of the "Notice of Beijing Municipal Administration of Market Supervision on Printing and Distributing the Project Plan for the Development and Revision of Local Standards in Beijing in 2019", the "Specifications" have been published on the Beijing Municipal Administration of Market Supervision. The next step will be the stage of printing, distribution, and publicity. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the follow-up work, the Municipal Supervision Station organized and convened the seventh working meeting of the "Regulations" compilation group. Participants first listened to the report of the preparation team on the printed version of the "Code", and discussed the next step of the "Code" printing content, publicity and implementation materials, and training plans. Participants agreed that the publicity and implementation work should be started as soon as possible, so that relevant technical personnel in the construction field can achieve the effect that they should know and meet as soon as possible.

The convening of this meeting means that the preparation of the "Code" has been successfully completed, and the introduction of the "Code" has filled the gap in the field of construction quality acceptance of prefabricated seismic supports and hangers in Beijing. In the next step, the Municipal Supervision Station will rely on the strength of the various professional committees of the station to organize relevant professional supervisors at the urban two levels to carry out business training, so that the supervisors can grasp the content of the standard and the focus of supervision as soon as possible. At the same time, improve the supervision level and service ability of supervisors, and make contributions to the continuous improvement of the quality level of construction projects in Beijing.
