The Shanghai Long Beach Sightseeing Tower is a 3 stories underground and 19 stories above the ground. The building looks like a pin on the sea, inserted into the intersection of the Huangpu River and the Yangtze River. The single-body sightseeing tower is 180 meters high. It will not only become the tallest building in Baoshan District, but also a supporting project for the G1503 River Crossing Tunnel City.

The steel structure of the sightseeing tower curtain wall to be upgraded this time is a non-coplanar, cylindrical high-rise steel structure, which is fitted by the space of triangle units that are not coplanar up, down, left and right, and includes three large hanging sections with large dropout areas, the maximum hanging distance is 44 meters.

The Long Beach Sightseeing Tower is located at the east end of the Long Beach base. It is a landmark building in the entire area and the commanding height of the entire Baoshan Riverside outline. The height of the tower is 180m, and the main steel structure is all cantilevered structure, the cantilever is up to 9m, and the floors are distributed in a leaping manner. The maximum headroom is 44m. The architectural design of the sightseeing tower closely follows the theme of "magic cudgel". The tower is slender and has simple lines. The facade adopts a partial sliding glass curtain wall structure. The high degree of integration of internal and external spaces realizes the visual experience of 360-degree viewing from all angles. Utilizing its space and enhancing its functions, the tower is arranged with vertical greening, high-altitude rock climbing, rope matrix, restaurant, wedding hall and sightseeing platform, etc., which is a real place to experience modern lifestyle.
