Tianjin's first practical zero-energy smart energy building will be unveiled at the World Smart Conference

The results of the “Zero Energy” hut display were applied to a physical building. Recently, the Zero Energy Renovation Project of the Zhongxin Tianjin Eco-City Real Estate Registration Center is speeding up its implementation, and the installation of photovoltaic modules on the roof and carport has been completed. This is the first large-scale and practical zero-energy smart energy building project in Tianjin. The project will be completed and put into operation before the Fifth World Smart Conference, and will be publicly displayed as an exhibition item of the Smart Conference.

It is understood that relying on the fundamental advantages of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Real Estate Registration Center, State Grid Tianjin Electric has adopted the technical route of "increasing energy supply and optimizing energy use". Focusing on the three aspects of photovoltaic power generation system, energy storage system and building equipment monitoring system, comprehensive transformation of energy supply and energy use will be carried out to achieve comprehensive improvement of production capacity, energy storage and energy control. After the establishment of the Eco-City Real Estate Registration Center, the annual power generation will be more than 234,000 kWh, the annual carbon dioxide emission will be about 234 tons, and the proportion of renewable energy will exceed 100%.
