The first prefabricated subway station in Shandong Province completed the first slab pouring

At 8 o'clock in the morning on March 17, with the completion of the concrete pouring of the first concrete slab at the north end of the Keluoshi Station of Qingdao Metro Line 6, the Keloshi Station constructed by the Qingdao Metro Line 6 Project Department of the Seventh Branch of China Railway Fourth Bureau has achieved phased results. It laid a solid foundation to ensure the scheduled construction of the next assembly section of the station. This is also the first prefabricated subway station in the construction history of China Railway Fourth Bureau and the construction history of Shandong Province.

The Keluoshi Station of Qingdao Metro Line 6 has a total length of 220 meters and is a two-story underground station. The cast-in-place standard section is 20.1 meters wide and the prefabricated section is 20.5 meters wide. The excavation width of the main foundation pit is 20.3-24.8 meters, and the depth is 20.7-23 meters. A total of 4 entrances and exits, 1 safe entrance and exit, and 2 sets of wind pavilions are set up. The cast-in-situ sections at both ends of the station adopt pile support and pile-anchor support. The upper part of the assembly section and partial cast-in-place section of the foundation pit is supported by hanging foot piles, and the lower part is supported by steel pipe piles + anchor spraying. The prefabricated hoisting site is located at the long mileage of the station and is used to store prefabricated components.

Up to now, the Huanghe Road Station in the project department's pipeline section is carrying out the envelope structure and TRD operation, and the Keluoshi Station is carrying out the main structure and foundation pit excavation operation. The construction and production of the two stations are progressing in an orderly manner, and the project department has fully entered the main structure construction stage.
