The main line of the first prefabricated bridge in Jiangsu Province opened to traffic in July

The reporter learned during the interview that the reason why the project can achieve both pass and construction is that it is the first "prefabricated bridge" in Jiangsu.

The reconstruction and expansion project of the 312 National Highway Nanjing Bypass Expressway to Xianyin North Road is located in Qixia District, Nanjing. The route starts from the Nanjing Bypass Expressway Qixia in the east and is rebuilt and expanded along the existing 312 National Highway to the west. Along the line, it passes through the Nanxiang Mountain Scenic Area, the Xianlin High-speed Railway Station's traffic collection and storage plot and the Qixia Business District, and ends at the intersection of Xianyin North Road. The total length of the route is 7.345Km, and the route adopts the rapid transformation plan of main and auxiliary separation of viaduct + tunnel.

It is understood that 71% of the box girder erection of the main line of the project has been completed, 79% of the cast-in-place box girder of the Xianxin Road Interchange Bridge has been completed, and the main structure of the tunnel in the business district has been completed 64%. It is planned to complete the asphalt paving of the main line bridges, intercommunication zone bridges, and business zone tunnels by the end of May. The main line will be ready for traffic at the end of June 2021. Traffic will be transferred to the main line in July, and ground auxiliary road construction will be fully carried out. The project will be completed by the end of December.
