Wuhan City: 122 new prefabricated construction projects started

Through the overall planning of design, production, construction, operation and maintenance and other stages, the fineness and implementability of design have been improved. For example, the Wuhan Tongxin Garden Kindergarten project completed by the company has realized "one building in 10 days", refreshing the speed of domestic prefabricated shear wall structure construction. At present, the company has implemented 27 assembly-related projects in Wuhan.

The reporter learned from the Wuhan Intelligent Construction and New Building Industrialization Technology Seminar held in the same period that by the end of 2020, the total construction area of the prefabricated construction method in the planning and design conditions of Wuhan's listed land will reach 88,917,500 square meters. 122 new prefabricated construction projects covering 12.7026 million square meters, 65 municipal demonstration projects covering 7,648,100 square meters, showing a rapid growth rate.

According to the relevant person in charge of Wuhan Urban Construction Bureau, by the end of last year, Wuhan city organized more than 10 subject research and standard preparation work, initially established a technical standard system linked to national standards, built 15 production bases, and 5 enterprises were identified as national prefabricated construction industry bases.
