On August 3, Dangyang City signed a cooperation agreement with Suzhou COZY House Equipment Co., Ltd. . The company will invest about 200 million yuan to build a new assembly-style interior parts production base and green building materials industrial park project in Dangyang Shuanglian Industrial Park.

Suzhou COZY House Equipment Co., Ltd. is committed to promoting the modernization of China's housing industry, and has complete R&D, production and sales capabilities for nine major systems of prefabricated interior. According to the cooperation agreement, Suzhou COZY House Equipment Co., Ltd. will mainly build production lines for integrated bathroom, integrated kitchen, whole-house customization and prefabricated building interior parts, and build an annual production capacity of 30,000 sets of various products, with a total construction period of 24 months.

The relevant person in charge of Dangyang City stated that he will do his best to serve as a “waiter” and serve well, so that COZY can start a business and invest with confidence in Dangyang, and hope that the two parties will use this signing as a new starting point to accelerate the implementation of the project, deepen joint cooperation at higher levels and in deeper areas.
