Three green building and prefabricated building projects in Lu'an City, Anhui Province won provincial awards

In order to promote the high-quality development of green buildings and prefabricated buildings, recently, the Anhui Provincial Department of Finance and the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development have issued awards for green buildings and prefabricated buildings in 2021. Among them, the "Expansion Project of Lu'an No. 1 Middle School in Anhui Province" in Lu'an City was approved as a provincial-level two-star green building demonstration project. Two projects including "Baoye·Junyue Green Garden (West District)" were approved as provincial-level prefabricated building demonstration projects, and a total of 10.32 million yuan was awarded in subsidies, accounting for 21.73% of the province, ranking first in the province.

It is understood that at present, the award and subsidy funds have been issued to the local financial department of the project, and the local construction authority and financial department will allocate funds in a timely manner according to the project construction progress in accordance with the requirements of the "Anhui Province Green Building and Prefabricated Construction Special Fund Management Measures." And supervise the implementation of special funds and special management for demonstration projects. In the next step, Lu'an City will continue to do a good job in the supervision and management of provincial-level demonstration projects under construction, increase supervision and guidance on project construction, conduct irregular inspections, and strictly prohibit occupation, detention, and misappropriation. Ensure that the special funds for awards and subsidies are used exclusively, and give full play to the demonstration benefits of provincial fiscal awards.
