Hunan Construction Engineering Group strives to build a leading domestic prefabricated construction industry base

As a leading enterprise in the "Hunan Construction Army", HNCEG has accelerated the pace of transformation and upgrading in recent years, and has made every effort to build a prefabricated construction industry cluster. The reporter recently learned from HNCEG that the current annual production capacity of PC (precast concrete) components of the group has reached 1.2 million cubic meters and the annual production capacity of steel structures has reached 80,000 tons.

The country's first national-level prefabricated building technology innovation base, 3 prefabricated building industry bases in Hunan Province, 1 prefabricated building technology research institute, 5 professional production bases......Since 2014, HNCEG has fully deployed the prefabricated construction industry. It has 31 prefabricated component production lines in the province, including PC component production lines and light steel production lines, and completed the construction of more than 1 million square meters of prefabricated concrete buildings. Over 600,000 square meters of prefabricated steel structures were constructed, and more than 30,000 meters of underground integrated pipe gallery components were produced and installed, forming the entire industry chain and life cycle implementation capabilities of prefabricated buildings.

In order to strengthen scientific research and innovation, HNCEG edited the local standards of Hunan Province "Technical Standards for Construction Safety of Prefabricated Concrete buildings" and "Technical Guidelines for Prefabricated Decoration", and participated in the compilation of the national group standard "Standard for Allowable Deviation of Precast Concrete Component Size" "RFID Application Standard for the Whole Life Cycle of Prefabricated Components", independently developed common bearing plug-in prefabricated integrated toilets, "Golden Scales" modular unit rooms, prefabricated elevator shafts, prefabricated pipeline wells, prefabricated stairwells and other innovative products. At the same time, professional textbooks such as "Construction Technology of Prefabricated Concrete Building" and "Design for Precast Concrete Building" compiled by the group have been officially published, effectively boosting the prefabricated building technology training in Hunan Province.

Hunan Province has been established by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a typical province in the country to promote the development of prefabricated buildings, and it is clearly stated that by the end of this year, prefabricated buildings in central cities of the province, cities, and prefectures will account for 30% of new buildings. Among them, the three central cities of Chang, Zhu, and Tan reach 50%. The person in charge of HNCEG said that the next step will be to make efforts in the prefabricated construction technology system, product system, and standard system to build a leading domestic prefabricated construction industry base.
