The Housing Construction Bureau of Sanmenxia City, Henan Province organized the first prefabricated building review meeting

On the afternoon of March 5, 2021, Sanmenxia Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau organized a pre-evaluation meeting for pre-evaluation of prefabricated buildings during the review phase of Wenda Bicheng Mansion’s design plan. The meeting invited the main editors of "Henan Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standards" and members of Henan Prefabricated Building Expert Database: Luan Jingyang of Henan Academy of Construction Sciences, Lu Xingxu of Henan Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Tang Li of Zhengzhou University to serve as review members.

The design unit Nanjing Underground Engineering and Architecture Institute Design Co., Ltd. reported on the prefabricated scheme. The three experts passed a detailed demonstration of the plan, and clarified the key indicators of the project's prefabricated building such as building number, assembly rate, and exterior wall construction area.

Chief Engineer Zhang Shepeng of Sanmenxia Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, second-level investigator Dong Qinghua, heads of relevant business departments and units, and some construction industry practitioners attended the meeting. The successful convening of this meeting marked a solid step forward in the implementation of prefabricated buildings in Sanmenxia City.
