China 22nd Metallurgical Co., Ltd. signed three prefabricated residential projects in Tangshan City, Hebei Province

On February 8, China 22nd Metallurgical signed the Tangshan Guanhujing Garden (Phase II) project, Tangshan Zhangjiayao Village shantytown reconstruction resettlement housing project, Tangshan Henglong Shangpin project.

The Tangshan Lake View Garden (Phase II) project is located at the intersection of Wanjia Road and Qifu Street, Qian'an City, Tangshan City, with a total construction area of 201897.56 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases, with a construction area of 104,783.79 square meters in the first phase and 97113.77 square meters in the second phase. Among them, the above-ground building area is 155274.93 square meters, and the main construction is 20 residential buildings, 1 commercial building, 1 kindergarten and other ancillary buildings. The underground construction area is 46622.63 square meters. It mainly constructs basements, underground garages, air defense projects and other supporting infrastructure such as roads, greening, water supply and drainage, heating, gas, and sponge facilities. After the completion of the project, 1,170 residents will live in. China 22nd Metallurgical undertakes the deepening design and component production of prefabricated laminates, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated interior walls for Building No. 10, 11 and 19 in Section I, Building No. 12 and Building No. 13 of the Second Bidding Section and Building No. 20 in Section III of this project.

Tangshan Zhangjiayao Village Relocation Resettlement Housing Project is located in the south of Huafu West Street and west of Huaming Road in Zunhua City, Tangshan City. This project plans two plots in Zone A and Zone B. The total construction area of Area A is 61,770 square meters, the underground construction area is 10,950 square meters, and the above-ground construction area is 50,820 square meters. Including 2 18-story residential buildings, 1 17-story residential building, 1 6-story residential building, 3 and 4-story public buildings and 1 commercial building each. Zone B has a total construction area of 120,880 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 19,600 square meters, and the above-ground construction area is 10,1280 square meters, including 7 18-story residential buildings, 1 13-story residential building, and 1 9-story residential building. There are 1 public building and commercial building with 3 floors and 4 floors, and a 3-story kindergarten. China 22nd Metallurgical is responsible for the deepening design and component production of prefabricated laminated panels and prefabricated stairs in Zone A and B.

Tangshan Henglong Shangpin Project is located at the intersection of Bohai Avenue and Donghai Road, Caofeidian District, Tangshan City. The total area of the project is 54,298.90 square meters and the total construction area is 133,142.66 square meters. Among them, the above-ground building area is 97,715.77 square meters, and the underground building area is 35,426.89 square meters. The main construction is residential, commercial, and supporting public buildings. After completion, the capacity will reach 2,138 people. China 22nd Metallurgical undertakes the deepening design and component production of prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated interior and exterior wall panels, prefabricated air conditioning panels, and prefabricated balcony panels for this project.
