Green Building Cloud Management System in Baoding City, Hebei Province was officially launched

On the morning of March 1, in the conference room of Baoding Green Building Development Center, the staff of the center paid close attention to the rolling data on the big screen, and exchanged and analyzed the real-time data situation with the technicians from time to time. As a result, Baoding City's green building cloud management system was officially launched.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Green Building Development Center, the green building cloud management system launched by Baoding City includes CGBM (management version) and CGBA (design version), and CGBM has mobile terminal management functions. Log-in personnel can manage the project through the mobile management interface, and CGBA is divided into a design version and a drawing review version. The opening of this platform will greatly improve the management efficiency of the traditional construction industry and bring a qualitative leap in the overall management of the green building in Baoding City.

In September 2020, the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, together with the Green Building Development Center of the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and related design units, discussed how to use the existing 5G mobile Internet, big data, blockchain and other advanced technology methods. Aiming at the difficulties in the design, construction and management of green buildings, under the prerequisite of meeting national and provincial technical requirements, combined with the construction characteristics of Baoding City, in-depth technical cooperation on how to carry out the full life cycle and full process digital management of green buildings. After nearly 4 months of technical research, the development of the first phase of the green building cloud management system CGBM (Baoding version) will be completed on December 31, 2020. After review by relevant experts and the trial operation and commissioning of many design companies and drawing review companies in the province, the platform began trial operation of the internal test project on February 1 this year.

The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Green Building Development Center stated that the platform is the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Technology and Industrialization Development Center to explore the combination of green building and digital technology and information technology to carry out related research. And committed to the exploration and practice of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of some patents and software copyrights, which will further enhance the level of green building informatization application in Baoding City, and improve office efficiency and information sharing capabilities.
