In terms of building energy saving and consumption reduction, the "Work Points" proposes to steadily promote the development of prefabricated buildings, and strive to realize that prefabricated buildings account for more than 30% of the newly built building area by 2020; continue to strengthen the management requirements of prefabricated building projects and strictly grasp the quality of projects ; Issue financial incentive policies to mobilize the enthusiasm of market participation; prepare Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative standards including component production, construction quality and acceptance of prefabricated concrete buildings; promote publicity and guidance to increase social awareness.
