Recently, the steel structure of the T1 and T2 floors of the Qingdao International Beer City Reconstruction Project undertaken by Hangxiao Steel Structure (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was witnessed by the owner, project management, supervisor and general contractor, and the golden roof was sealed, marking the successful completion of the main steel structure of the project.

Project capping site

The total construction area of the T1 and T2 floors of the Qingdao International Beer City Reconstruction Project is 212,000 square meters, and the steel structure is a rigid frame-core tube and truss structure. The project is mainly composed of three single towers, T1, T2 and podium. Buildings T1 and T2 have 2 floors underground, 42 floors above ground, and the height of the main structure above ground is 201.8 meters; the podium has 2 floors underground, 4 floors above ground, and the main structure above ground is 24 meters high.

Project capping site

The project is located at the core of Qingdao Jinjialing Financial District and is a three-level key construction project at the provincial, municipal and district levels. Positioned as Qingdao's "Lujiazui, Xintiandi, Times Square", it is committed to creating the "third memory" of the island city after the trestle bridge and the May Fourth Square.
