The prefabricated PC components of the Laodong Road project in Xuchang City, Henan Province will soon be delivered in batches

Following the application of the prefabricated PC component (residential project) of the Ascendas East Station Qianfu Project, the prefabrication of the box culvert for the diversion channel of the Laodong Road through project in Xuchang City has been completed and will be delivered in batches. The project adopts the prefabricated construction method to effectively shorten the on-site construction time, minimize the impact of construction on the life and travel of people along the line, and create a new situation for the development of the municipal industry in Xuchang City.

The diversion channel of the Laodong Road through project adopts a prefabricated construction method, with a total of 558 prefabricated box culverts, including 10 inspection wells. All of them are independently produced and supplied by Ascendas Construction Engineering Group Building Materials Company, which will start production in October 2020 and are now fully qualified for delivery.

Since receiving the task of prefabrication production, Ascendas Building Materials Bridge Prefabrication Factory has organized technical backbones to review the drawings in detail and check them at the construction site of the Laodong Road through project. Then, the steel mold is customized with the mold manufacturer to ensure that the mold has sufficient strength, rigidity and overall stability, and the size and installation meet the design requirements.
