Project cost and standardization reforms have achieved remarkable results. A total of 16 local standards for project construction were newly compiled and 8 were revised, and a local standard system covering the fields of housing construction and municipal engineering was initially established. The quotas for 13 projects including prefabricated buildings, green buildings, and underground comprehensive pipe corridors have been introduced, and the province's construction project pricing basis system has been continuously improved.
