Strengthen the main responsibility for quality and safety, and improve the integrity system. Take the lead in applying the “Internet +” big data supervision in the national housing and urban-rural construction system, realize the digital review of housing construction and municipal construction drawings, and implement the “double random” mechanism for project quality and safety supervision to improve supervision efficiency.

The reform of "delegation, management and service" in the construction industry and the reform of the approval system for engineering construction projects continued to advance. In 2019, the province ranked first in the country in the third-party evaluation of the reform of the approval system for national engineering construction projects organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

Promote Fujian-Taiwan township construction and innovation cooperation, introduce 66 Taiwanese architect teams and more than 200 Taiwanese township construction talents to participate in the country's first "Cross-Strait Architects Joint Resident Village Program" to promote rural revitalization and spiritual harmony.
