On February 3, the key project of Linyi City, Linyi Shanggu Smart Industrial Park, a steel structure high-rise office building designed and constructed by Tianyuan Group Industrial Company, was topped off. The height of the project was 106.35 meters, and the assembly rate reached 85%. This is also the first prefabricated steel structure high-rise office building in Linyi City.

The project is located in the main gathering area of logistics, e-commerce, and commerce in Linyi City, and has high requirements for environmental protection, energy saving, and construction speed.
