Among the enterprises currently stationed in the base, including China Railway Bamboo-based Composites Yulin Co., Ltd., 4 enterprises have been put into production.

Among them, the PC factory of China State Construction Technology Yulin Co., Ltd. has been officially put into operation in May 2020. At present, a standard factory building with an area of about 20,000 square meters has been built, an automatic production line and a manual production line, as well as a product storage field and office area. Since it was put into production, it has provided prefabricated components for many projects such as the security housing in Yulin Fumian District and the prefabricated construction industrial base. Hebei Xindadi Yulin City Prefabricated Building Intelligent Equipment Production Project, as an enterprise dedicated to the production of molds and corresponding equipment for the base prefabricated building production enterprise, was put into operation simultaneously with the PC factory of China State Construction Technology Yulin Co., Ltd. Beijing Mindray's Guangxi Construction Industrial Park project has completed the construction of factory buildings and material yards, with supporting construction of high-performance concrete product production lines and high-rise composite structure system production lines. For the construction field, it provides comprehensive services ranging from engineering design, parts production, installation and construction to project operation and project financing.

In addition, the China Commercial Lighting Production Project and the Lijiali Steel Structure Processing Base project are under construction.
