Gansu Province strives to realize the industrialization of construction by 2035

On January 20, 12 departments including the Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization." It aims to promote the industrialization, digitalization and intelligentization of construction in Gansu Province, accelerate the transformation of construction methods, and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.

The "Guiding Opinions" clarified the target requirements, and strive to significantly improve the industrialization, digitalization, and intelligentization of construction in Gansu Province by 2025. The construction industry Internet platform has been initially established, and the industrial foundation, technical equipment, technological innovation capabilities and construction safety quality levels have been comprehensively improved. Labor productivity has increased significantly, energy resource consumption and pollution emissions have dropped significantly, and the environmental protection effect has been significant. By 2035, the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization in Gansu Province will make significant progress, the innovation capability of enterprises will be greatly improved, the overall advantages of the industry will be significantly enhanced, and the industrialization of construction will be fully realized.

To this end, the "Guiding Opinions" proposes that, first, tap the potential and focus on supporting and fostering a number of leading intelligent construction enterprises, leading and driving a group of small and medium construction enterprises to transform and upgrade to intelligent construction, and effectively improve the intelligent construction industry chain. By 2025, cultivate no less than 3 general contracting enterprises with intelligent construction system solution capabilities. The second is to continue to promote the application of intelligent production lines for construction parts. By 2023, the province will build no less than two intelligent production lines for steel structure components and no less than two intelligent production lines for precast concrete components. The third is to actively promote the application of intelligent construction technology and construction robots. By 2023, there will be no less than 3 projects promoting the application of construction robots in the province. The fourth is to promote the construction of a number of intelligent construction and construction industrialization application scenarios. Combining with the construction of prefabricated construction industry bases in the province, create "machine generation" application scenarios in prefabricated construction factories, and promote the establishment of no less than 3 intelligent construction bases by 2023.

In addition, the "Guiding Opinions" put forward seven key tasks in accelerating the industrialization of construction, strengthening technological innovation, improving the level of informatization of intelligent construction, cultivating industrial systems, actively promoting green construction, opening up and expanding application scenarios, and innovating industry supervision and service models. Among them, take Lanzhou City and Lanzhou New District as pilot projects to accelerate the construction of intelligent production lines for steel structure components and intelligent production lines for precast concrete components, and gradually expand the scope of promotion and application. Give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises, create "machine generation" application scenarios in prefabricated construction factories, and promote the establishment of intelligent construction bases. Promote prefabricated buildings, increase the application of green building materials, build high-quality green buildings, improve resource utilization efficiency, reduce construction waste, and greatly reduce energy consumption, material consumption and water consumption. Improve the whole-process management system for construction waste, and standardize the production, collection, storage, transportation, utilization, and disposal of construction waste. Actively promote the resource utilization of construction waste, and gradually improve the level of comprehensive utilization of construction waste in Gansu Province, which will play an important guiding role in the future development of Gansu's building materials industry.
