Xuchang City, Henan Province added 4 prefabricated construction production bases last year

In 2020, Xuchang City vigorously promotes the prefabricated construction work, and clarifies the work target that the prefabricated building area accounts for 20% of the newly built building area. In the past year, Xuchang City has added 4 prefabricated construction production bases, with 321,000 square meters of projects under construction, 2 completed projects have successfully obtained prefabricated construction awards and supplementary funds, and reserves 13 prefabricated construction projects in 2021.

In 2020, Xuchang City will vigorously promote the construction of prefabricated building demonstration projects, implementing 25 demonstration projects of approximately 415,200 square meters, of which 13,300 square meters of completed projects, 321,000 square meters of projects under construction, and 54,200 square meters of designed projects. Two completed projects in Xuchang City (Xudu Road Primary School Wind and Rain Playground Project, Xuchang Hengda Hangxiao Steel Structure Scientific Research Building Project) successfully obtained prefabricated construction awards and subsidies.

In the construction of production bases, Xuchang City has cultivated 4 new prefabricated construction production bases based on the mature Yuzhou Hengda Hangxiao Construction Technology Co., Ltd. (which has been put into operation). They are the Lvzhu PC assembly production base in Jian'an District, Yezhuang PC assembly production base in Weidu District,  the steel concrete steel structure assembly production base in Yanling County and Changge City Residential PC Assembly Production Base to meet the development needs of assembly buildings.

At present, Xuchang City has reserved 13 prefabricated construction projects of 1,104,700 square meters in 2021, has selected 666,500 square meters of prefabricated construction projects that meet the conditions for implementation of the year, and will apply for provincial awards and subsidies.
