Myhome Group's 180 million yuan first land acquisition in Chengdu, plans to build Sichuan's first A-level prefabricated demonstration project

Myhome Group announced through its official public account that on January 20, its Chengdu city company, Sichuan Meijin Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Myhome Group), successfully bid for the Chengdu Jintang JT2020-21 high-quality land with a floor area of 2,300 yuan/square meter. This is the first land acquisition by Myhome Group in Chengdu. The company will develop and build the A-level prefabricated demonstration project as the standard. This project will become the first A-level prefabricated demonstration project in Sichuan Province.

It is understood that the JT2020-21 plot of Chengdu Jintang is a commercial and residential land. The plot is located north of Wenxiang Road and east of Xingye Road, Qixian Street, Jintang County, at the intersection of Xingye Road and Wenxiang Road, Sanxing Town, Jintang County. The transaction area is 59 mu. The plot is located in the core area of Jintang University Town, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities.

According to data, in 2017, the 13th Party Congress of Chengdu put forward the urban space development strategy of "East advance, South expansion, Western control, North reform, and China excellence". Jintang belongs to the strategic core area of Chengdu’s "East advance". It is the core support point of the Eastern New District, located within half an hour of Chengdu's economic circle, with express access to the international railway port. Xintianfu International Airport provides the basic guarantee for Jintang’s three-dimensional transportation system. The planned Metro Line 24 (S1 Line) will enhance Jintang’s urban value in Chengdu City.

Myhome Group said that for this high-quality land that will carry the future of the city, Myhome Group will use the A-level prefabricated demonstration project as the standard to build it into a more technological, green, and superior human settlement benchmark project. Among them, the land assembly rate will reach more than 60%, and the proportion of prefabricated parts in vertical components will be more than 35%.
