Drawin Group Nanjing Green Building Technology Park was awarded the provincial demonstration base

Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Jiangsu Province and the Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province announced the list of Jiangsu Construction Industry Modernization Demonstrations (the third batch), and Drawin Group Nanjing Green Building Technology Park (approved as a provincial-level demonstration base for production of parts and components in Jiangsu Province.

The Nanjing factory is located at No. 168 Jingming Street, Jiangning Binjiang Economic Development Zone, Nanjing. The prefabricated component plant, logistics plant, comprehensive building and related municipal facilities are complete in the park. Among them, the prefabricated component factory building area is about 35,000 square meters, with a total of 8 spans and 14 production lines. The main products are prestressed hollow slabs, prefabricated floor slabs, prestressed laminated slabs, beams, special-shaped components, integral sanitary ware, integral cabinets and other building components. The daily prefabricated component production capacity is 250-300 m³.

Since the start of production in June 2017, the Nanjing plant has established business partnerships with large real estate companies such as Vanke, Country Garden, Greenland, CIFI, Yincheng, China Fortune Land Development, Rongsheng, etc. The business covers Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang and other places. Relying on high-quality product quality and leading technological advantages, the factory has successively passed the certification of Jiangsu Province's new wall materials, Jiangsu Province's "three boards", Nanjing City's A-level production capacity of parts and components, and provincial, municipal, and district building industrialization demonstration bases. And won the title of intelligent manufacturing demonstration enterprise, water-saving environmental protection enterprise and so on.
