On January 15, when the reporter rushed to the construction project of the high-tech enterprise incubator in Hecheng Industrial Concentration Zone, the workers were nervously lifting the steel frame.

It is understood that the project was constructed by Hunan Justsun Construction Technology Co., Ltd. using the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) general contracting model, with Justsun Construction providing steel structure products and Huaihua Broad Construction Industry Co., Ltd. providing PC components. The whole project adopts a prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure system, and the overall assembly rate of the project is 77%, which meets the requirements of AA green prefabricated buildings.

According to the person in charge of Justsun's construction site, the high-tech enterprise incubator construction project is the first prefabricated construction project in the province that uses steel-concrete composite structure technology. They will actively expand the industrialized market through technological innovation and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises to increase efficiency.
