Jinggong Steel Structure plans to invest 450 million yuan to build a prefabricated steel structure building demonstration base

Jinggong Steel Structure announced that the company intends to invest in the construction of a prefabricated steel structure building full-life cycle project management service integration demonstration base in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 450 million yuan, and an additional 400,000 square meters of prefabricated building production capacity will be added after it reaches full capacity.

In order to accelerate the construction of the project, it is planned to purchase 100% equity of Zhejiang Jinggong International, a subsidiary of the controlling shareholder, for RMB 122,546,600 to obtain land use rights to meet the needs of project construction.
