Qingdao Economic Development Zone issued the first prefabricated building construction permit in Shandong Province

On January 15, the Economic Development Zone issued a construction permit to Qingdao Kemei Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. This is the first prefabricated building construction permit in Shandong Province. After the completion of the Kemei Biological Engineering Project, it will become the first industrial plant in Shandong Province to be built using prefabricated construction.

Compared with traditional buildings, prefabricated buildings are more earthquake-resistant, safer and more environmentally friendly, and are the future development trend of the construction industry. As a representative of green buildings, they are included in the national "14th Five-Year Plan". Such a forward-looking project encountered difficulties in handling construction permits. As the prefabricated industrial plant was the first case in the province, during the process of applying for the construction permit, the review of construction drawings lacked normative reference and was difficult to pass the review, resulting in the delay in obtaining the construction permit.

After learning about this situation, the Economic Development Zone immediately helped the enterprise connect with the Qingdao Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau and organized an expert demonstration meeting in Jinan. The project party revised the construction drawings based on expert opinions. After the review certificate was issued, the Economic Development Zone issued construction permits to the enterprise on the same day, which refreshed the speed of issuing permits.
