Luoyang City was selected as a demonstration city of prefabricated buildings in Henan Province

A few days ago, it was learned from the Luoyang Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau that the Henan Provincial Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau officially released the third batch of Henan Province prefabricated building demonstration cities and industrial bases. Luoyang City, Ruyang County, Ruyang County industrial clusters and 9 enterprises were selected, ranking first in the province in number.

In the third batch of Henan Province prefabricated building demonstration cities and industrial base certification list, there are 4 demonstration cities (including demonstration parks) and 20 industrial bases (including design categories). Among them, Luoyang City, Ruyang County, and Ruyang County industrial clusters have been identified as model cities. Nine enterprises including China Power Construction (Luoyang) Prefabricated Building Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Liujian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Yanshi Huatai Comprehensive Utilization Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Luoyang Huansheng Construction Technology Co., Ltd. have been identified as industrial bases.

In recent years, Luoyang City has strived to improve the standardization level of prefabricated building components, build a prefabricated building industry base, and strive to establish and improve the green building industry chain. At present, the total storage area of prefabricated buildings in Luoyang has reached 813,700 square meters, ranking first in the province. There are 13 production bases for parts and components that have been put into operation and are under construction. Among them, Ruyang County, in accordance with the overall deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, actively promotes the construction of a 4-square-kilometer green building materials industrial park in the county's industrial cluster area, and strongly promotes the development of the prefabricated construction industry. Through precise investment promotion, well-known prefabricated construction companies such as Honglu Steel Structure, China Power Construction, Liujian Heavy Industry, and Anhua Construction have been introduced. Currently, there are 24 green building materials companies stationed in them, with an annual output value of over 8 billion yuan.

In the next step, the Luoyang Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau will issue the "Opinions on Accelerating the Implementation of Supporting Policies for the Vigorous Development of Prefabricated Buildings", vigorously develop green buildings and prefabricated buildings to ensure that the proportion of green buildings in urban new buildings will reach 80% in 2021 and 100% in 2023.
