In 2020, the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Dafeng District, Yancheng City will earnestly implement the State Council’s Civil Building Energy Conservation Regulations and Jiangsu Green Building Development Regulations and other laws, regulations, and standards to promote green buildings and improve energy efficiency. Strengthen daily supervision and management, and all newly-built urban residential and public buildings in the district meet the green building standards. A number of real estate development projects such as Dongfang Runyuan and Xincheng Yuejun have completed the provincial civil building energy efficiency evaluation and identification projects; the new green building area of the whole district is 858,400 square meters, and the new urban residential and public buildings green buildings reach 100%.
