Hefei Railway Station in Anhui Province actively promotes the application of "prefabricated computer room"

Striving to be the first to move forward, Hefei Rail Station actively promotes the application of the "four new technologies" in the city's rail transit projects under construction. Recently, the prefabricated installation technology has been successfully applied to the cold water machine room of Fenglehe Station of Hefei Rail Transit Line 4.

The prefabricated computer room installed at Fenglehe Station of Hefei Metro Line 4 adopts the design concept of standardization, productization and modularization. Using BIM deepening technology to design a productized computer room, the important components in the computer room are prefabricated in advance by an assembly electromechanical factory. There are a total of 18 equipments, 315 meters of pipelines, 114 valve parts, 120 prefabricated components, and 6,400 sets of bolts in the prefabricated machine room. The prefabricated assembly rate is as high as 90%. On-site installation, commissioning, and acceptance were completed in only 7 days, saving nearly 75% of the construction period compared with traditional construction methods, and saving the overall area of the machine room by nearly 60%, which greatly reduced the environmental pollution caused by welding operations in closed spaces on the construction site. At the same time, the pipeline uses different colors and text signs of "orange, blue, yellow, green" according to different functions, which is overall beautiful and convenient for subsequent operation and maintenance management.

In order to further improve the quality and safety of rail transit construction projects, Hefei Rail Station has been promoting assembly installation technology in the city's rail transit under-construction mechanical and electrical projects since 2016. This time the cold water machine room is another successful exploration and application of "BIM + prefabricated technology" in the field of subway electromechanics, which has injected new kinetic energy into the "green smart subway".
